As CTO, Stefano is responsible for HearDis! short- and long-term technology roadmap. Hence, he works closely with the executive management in order to ensure the company’s leadership in the market. With a focus on competitive strategy as well as research and development, Stefano adopts revolutionary advances in IT to set and fuel technological infrastructure and procedures which anticipate industry trends and enhance HearDis! offering to customers. His hands-on role also sees Stefano leading the company’s engineering department and managing relationships with technical partners.

Stefano joined HearDis! in September 2019, after a three-year-long collaboration with the company on the R&D project ABC_DJ. In his former professional experience, Stefano specialised in IT consulting for the Media industry - among which broadcasters, news agencies and publishers - and was actively involved in numerous research and development undertakings where he acquired an overarching know-how of state-of-the-art technologies in media processing and distributed systems.
