Since the early 1980s, Rino’s life has revolved around music – at first as a DJ and as a seller and buyer for record stores, later with the music distribution company, Music-Mail.

In 1999, together with Robin Hofmann, he founded the music production team Dublex Inc., and the next year they founded the label, Pulver Records, where he took over A&R (Artist & Repertoire) duties. In 2004 Rino and one of his Music-Mail colleagues founded the record distribution OUR Distribution which he was in charge of until 2006.

Since 2009 Rino has worked for HearDis! as a music consultant, supporting the company with his extensive knowledge of music and his long-time experience in the business. He's searching for interesting and exciting music and maintains the extensive HearDis! music archive.
